

Terms and Conditions
GENERAL
The HOPE Stress Management Group's business terms and conditions are shown below.
Only if these Terms and Conditions are followed can quotations be issued and orders/bookings be allowed. Other contract terms or conditions that are included or referenced in any document that places an order with the organization will not apply unless the organization agrees in writing. Any modifications or alterations to these conditions will not bind the organization unless they are specifically agreed upon in writing by a Director, Secretary, or Manager of the organization.
Unless otherwise specified in writing by the organization, these terms and conditions apply to all contracts with the organization. Reservations can be made via phone, fax, email, or through the website. Within five days after the preliminary reservation, verbal reservations must be confirmed in writing. If appropriate, they should be accompanied by an official purchase order or purchase order number. These terms and conditions are valid as of the date indicated above, but the organization has the right to modify them at any moment without notice. A new copy will be sent to the Client if it is necessary.
FEES
Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. The organization has the right to change its regular pricing, as well as its products and services, which will be delivered at the organization's current rates. All prices are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) at the relevant rate as determined by the government from time to time.
SETTLEMENT TERMS
Training course invoices will be provided when the course has been confirmed, and they must be paid within one calendar month of the invoice being sent. BACS, check, or debit/credit card are all acceptable methods of payment (credit card payments carry a 5 percent card processing fee). In the case of late payment, we retain the right to charge interest at a rate of 4% above Barclays Bank PLC's base rate.
CANCELLATION AND POSTPONEMENT
In the case of courses that have already been confirmed, the organization maintains the right to levy a cancellation fee. All cancellations or transfers must be communicated in writing, and the following conditions apply:
Public Courses

If you cancel 30 days or more before the start date of the course, we will return 70% of the course price.

If you cancel between 29 and 14 days before the commencement of the course, we will return 50% of your tuition.

Cancellation or rescheduling 13 days or fewer before the commencement of the course: The entire fee must be paid.

Postponement 30 days or more before the commencement of the course: There is no cost.

If you cancel your course between 29 and 14 days before the start date, we will return 70% of your costs.

Postponement We will reimburse 50% of the course cost if you cancel 13 days or fewer before the start date of the course.

Delegates who are unable to attend due to a variety of reasons: The entire fee must be paid.

Substitute delegates will be accepted without penalty at any time prior to the course start date.
COURSE CONTENT
The organization develops its training courses in accordance with developing recommended method and hence retains the right to make modifications to the stated course material at any time without notice.
Fees Refund or Course Replacement
If the attended course does not match the current advertised description, the organization promises a full refund or a replacement course. If a substitute course is requested, it must be arranged within three months of the original event. Within 5 days of the training, any claims must be submitted to infoHOPEsmg@gmail.com.
APPLICABLE LAW
English law will be used, and disputes will be resolved by English courts. These terms and conditions have no bearing on the client's statutory rights.
