The HOPE Stress Management Group is a non-profit committed to assisting individuals and businesses in recognizing and reducing stress. Our vision has been to build a society that is happier, healthier, more resilient, and sustainable since our founding in 2021.
These days, the term "stress" is overused (and misused). People regularly say things like "I'm stressed" or "I'm depressed," yet there is still a lot of misunderstanding about what these phrases represent and how to deal with them. However, we are aware. We are the Malaysia's leading authority on stress management concerns, which is why you'll hear us talking about it in the media on a regular basis.

Our Story
Jonathan Khoo, a well-known artist and award-winning designer, created the HOPE Stress Management Group in Han Chiang College in 2021. While he is now a happy, healthy, peaceful, and relaxed person, he wasn't always like this.
Jonathan was on the edge of a nervous breakdown after he kept failing in his college exams. Due to his academic pursuits, he was highly worried, fatigued, unhappy, and physically unwell. He sought help from therapists, life coaches, counsellors, and spiritual healers.
Overwhelmed and under pressure, he knew he needed assistance to reclaim his health. The problem was that he couldn't seem to discover anything or anyone who could provide him with the particular help he required. As a result, he embarked on his own personal quest to gather tried-and-true, practical, and accessible information for others like him, resulting in the formation of The HOPE Stress Management Group.
With our passionate approach to decreasing stress and increasing wellness, Jonathan and his dedicated team are dedicated to guiding successful universal change by enhancing your resilience, happiness, productivity, and success.
